Scientists study all sorts of things.
We found out today that Mr Johnston is a plant scientist who investigates grasses.
He loves working outside and travelling the world to find out about different grasses to grow.
We asked lots of interesting questions.
That sounds really interesting - I wonder how many different types of grasses we have in our playground!
